Maxsona Limited Warranty
Maxsona warrants that its Pilates Reformer machines (the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship on non-moving parts, under normal use, subject to the terms below. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
At Maxsona’s sole discretion, defective products covered under this warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Warranty Coverage
- 5 Years from Date of Invoice
Non-moving parts of the Reformer, including the frame, standing platform, and footbar supports.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Moving parts, including wheels, pulleys, ropes, and springs.
- Upholstery and fabric coverings.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable items such as resistance bands, handles, loops, and straps.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Use of abrasive or chemical cleaners.
- Commercial use outside professional Pilates instruction or physiotherapy settings supervised by qualified professionals.
- Damage due to accident, transport, or failure to follow Maxsona’s care and maintenance instructions.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the UK and EU, including rights relating to products that are faulty or not as described.
Warranty Claims Procedure
- Contact Maxsona Customer Support at support@maxsona.com with proof of purchase, product details, and description of the defect.
- If authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of RMA issue, with the RMA clearly marked on the package.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping; Maxsona will cover shipping of any replacement product.
- If the claim is found invalid (e.g., excluded damage, out of warranty), the buyer will bear the cost of return shipping.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, Maxsona disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
