Shipping & Delivery

  • Personalised Delivery
     Once you place your order, a member of the Maxsona team will contact you directly to arrange delivery and installation of your reformer.
  • International Shipments
     For international orders, we’ll discuss your requirements and advise on the best shipping method for your location.
  • Fully Assembled Reformers
     All Maxsona Reformers are shipped fully assembled. In some cases, small accessories (such as jumpboards or sitting boxes) may require simple attachment.
  • Protective Packaging
     Every reformer is carefully packed in high-quality wooden crates, designed to ensure safe arrival and protection during transport.

Aftercare & Ongoing Support
